Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP in Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky father. A majority of my followers know me through my Instagram @annephung. I record my personal life: highs and lows, as well as everything in between. I came to America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was 1 1/2 years old. old I would not be living my life and sharing it for you were it not because my parents are devoted to dedication and hard work. So that they could give their children the chance to have a prosperous future, I focused on my goals and worked hard to achieve it. I believed that my future would unfold a certain way: graduate from college, land an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then marry and begin an family. This was my vision of what success looked like. However, life was not so keen on my plans. The money and the status of my position was not what I wanted to be. I was convinced that I had wasted my time for a paycheck. The year 2013 was when I realized that my passion was exercising. I also liked socializing and being able to assist other people. In the process of pursuing this new direction in life, I started to find personal training. My small business was started in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success in 2021. It's rare to meet an Asian woman in this business. My mission in this field is to build a more sustainable and healthier lifestyle that meets the needs of my customers. It is my goal to encourage others to chase their desires and live the lives they have always wanted. When my business was taking flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. This loss is the most devastating of them everything. To be in Heaven she is now in peace in peace after a long battle with the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry the memory of her every day. The lessons we learn from life often go unnoticed, but they can be highly useful. There are many ways that my mom's death has changed my life. I truly believe she offered me another chance to live through her demise. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start her next life and I was given a second chance of living an enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life. Now into my 30's I'm alive and alert. I truly feel like I'm living my life today instead of merely surviving as I was in my past. As I tell my story I hope my thoughts will resonate with you. It is my wish that my words will aid you in understanding that you're not alone. That you have the ability to achieve whatever you want to achieve. Only one life is yours. I hope you enjoy it to the max.
